Membership is free

To become a member, simply fill in the form below. You can cancel your membership at any time by e-mailing us at info@fondsenvirolsfx.ca or by using the Contact Us form.

We have three classes depending on how far you are from the lake. Once we receive your application to become a member, we’ll let you know which class you belong to.

Class A
All individuals residing permanently or temporarily, as owners, within 300 metres of the shores of Lake Saint-François-Xavier, in the municipality of Wentworth-Nord, province of Quebec.
Class B
All individuals residing permanently or temporarily, as tenants, within 300 metres of the shores of Lake Saint-François-Xavier, in the municipality of Wentworth-Nord, province of Quebec.
Class C
Non-voting membership is open to residents of the Lake Saint-François-Xavier watershed, in the municipality of Wentworth-Nord, province of Quebec.

If a civic address has two residents, you must enter the names of both persons. This will give each resident one vote. If there is only one resident, he/she will be entitled to two votes.
